How to request deletion of your Blarumo data
Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Blarumo, including data received through Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
How to Submit a Request
- Email info@blarumo.com with the subject User Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, business name, account email, and the phone number connected to your Blarumo or WhatsApp Business account.
- Describe which account or data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
What Happens Next
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, confirm receipt, and delete or anonymize eligible personal data from our active systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law requires or permits a different period.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes. Data controlled directly by Meta must be managed through the relevant Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account settings.
